About the role

  • Lead design, training, and optimization of ML models
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable technical milestones and deliver AI features to production
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI models
  • Establish rigorous evaluation metrics
  • Mentor and grow a world-class team of AI researchers and ML engineers
  • Own infrastructure for training, deployment, and monitoring

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning (LLMs / Generative AI)
  • Experience training diffusion or flow-based models is a strong plus
  • Experience with distributed training of large-scale models (multi-node / 128+ GPUs)
  • Hands-on model architecture design
  • Team leadership experience (small research or engineering teams)
  • Publications at top-tier ML conferences are a significant advantage
