About the role

  • Lead the team covering corporate systems and internal tooling development
  • Manage corporate security initiatives
  • Define internal AI rollout and security strategy
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contracting
  • Enhance visibility of work and costs for continuous improvement
  • Leverage Grafana product to solve engineering challenges
  • Conduct regular coaching and mentoring for team members
  • Participate actively in team activities and on-call rotation

Requirements

  • Experience running a software engineering operations team
  • Strong engineering background
  • Knowledge of at least one cloud provider
  • Hands-on experience managing and automating corporate IT systems
  • Experience with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android)
  • Knowledge of SSO (Okta, 1Password)
  • Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Office)
  • Understanding of MDM (Jamf, Intune, FleetDM, Kolide)
  • Knowledge of AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
