About the role
- Support system users, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolution
- Build and maintain custom reports, tools and analytics
- Lead Workday enhancement and optimization projects
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes
- Support Workday bi-annual releases
- Configure and maintain security roles and permissions
- Create Inbound EIB templates and mass loading data
- Create change management documentation and training
Requirements
- 1-2 years+ experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment with constant change
- A passion for being organized, with incredibly strong project management skills
- A customer service, highly-approachable role
- Excellent communication in all channels
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create custom reports
- You will be process oriented and enjoy creating process and structure
