About the role

  • Act as a project lead for several recurring People Team processes throughout the year, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, quarterly business reviews, People planning, and talent programs
  • Partner with managers across APAC on day-to-day people questions, providing guidance aligned with company policies and local practices
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees on People policies, programs, and resources
  • Assist with workforce planning activities, including hiring, onboarding, and internal mobility across the region
  • Support employee relations matters in partnership with a Strategic People Business Partner
  • Prepare and deliver reporting and insights to support data-informed people decisions
  • Collaborate with global People team members to improve processes, documentation, and employee resources
  • Help reinforce a strong, inclusive, and distributed-first culture across APAC teams

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; HR certification is a plus
  • Strong interest in developing as a People Business Partner in a regional, multi-function environment
  • Curious and proactive mindset, with a desire to continuously improve processes and ways of working
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear, approachable communicator who builds trust with managers and employees
  • Comfortable working across time zones in a remote-first, globally distributed company
  • Interest in expanding HR knowledge, including local employment laws and practices across APAC.
