About the role
- Perform operational construction cost controlling and continuously develop processes
- Actively contribute to the monthly, company-wide controlling of performance presentations, including plan-vs-actual variances, KPI and balance sheet analyses
- Support the annual financial planning process and analyze year-end closing activities at the foundation level
- Independently prepare business/financial analyses and derive actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in controlling/finance/management consulting or auditing; ideally from the social or healthcare sector
- Excellent MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
- Independent and precise working style; strong team player; reliable in meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical skills combined with structured thinking and approach
