Client and project management as the Senior Producer drives the project and process.
Manage teams consisting of production freelance and full-time producers and coordinators.
Organize, self-motivated, able to think creatively and quickly and handle unique problems.
Work as part of a team and be solution-oriented.
Experience in the luxury world with understanding intricacies of projects.
Managing and executing multi channel projects including IRL experiential events.
Developing a detailed plan of action, seeing it through completion, and ensuring project runs smoothly.
Working cross-functionally to manage deliverables and deadlines for project goals.
Managing production team members including delegating responsibilities and setting deadlines.
Translating creative ideas into project plans and vendor timelines.
Ensuring integrated event solutions are innovative and strategically relevant.
Overseeing project tracking and documentation.
Developing and managing large budgets and handling vendor negotiations.
Requirements
Minimum 7+ years experience as a lead Producer / Senior Producer in experiential production.
Experience in a client-facing and production role within an agency environment.
Proven track record developing and managing large, complex projects/teams.
Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization in addition to clients, partners and vendors partners.
Experience developing and managing seven-figure budgets.
Fluent in Google Suite and Excel, previous experience with Asana is a plus, but not required.
