About the role
- Design high-impact creative for events, campaigns, presentations, and digital content
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Experience Designers and Producers to bring ideas to life
- Develop mood boards, visual directions, and final production-ready assets
- Contribute to concepting and design development for new business pitches
- Translate brand guidelines into fresh, on-strategy visuals across print and digital
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Maintain high standards of design excellence and brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within an agency or experiential marketing environment
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Comfortable using AI and Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of print production, digital design, and branding
- Familiarity with web design, UX principles, and platforms like WIX and WordPress is a plus
- Experience designing for luxury, fashion, spirits, or entertainment brands a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates versatility, visual storytelling, and brand sensitivity.
