About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and execute a high-impact event roadmap (conferences, roundtables, and bespoke dinners) that supports our aggressive sales goals.
  • Own and deliver the full marketing strategy for major tentpole events, including regional data strategies and targeted audience building.
  • Track attendee acquisition and lead capture meticulously, ensuring event activities deliver SQLs and a clear ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Design to align event messaging, coordinate speaker sessions, and ensure our AI agent is presented flawlessly.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive 360-degree campaigns—promoting events via email, social, and PR to maximize reach.
  • Manage the event budget, vendor relationships, and onsite logistics to ensure a premium experience for every attendee.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in B2B event marketing, ideally within Fintech or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • The ability to manage multiple moving parts—from vendor contracts and travel coordination to creative collateral and budget forecasting.
  • Strong ability to brief designers, coach internal speakers, and negotiate with external partners or influencers.
