About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement.
- Analyze, design, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
- Identify inefficiencies in organizational systems and develop data-driven solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, process engineering or mechanical engineering required.
- Three to Five years' experience in process improvement or manufacturing engineering required.
- Demonstrated ability to apply Lean methodologies to drive process improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
- Experience in a Chemical Plant preferred.
- A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
