Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in auditing our digital presence (website, social, decks) to ensure 100% alignment with our new brand guidelines.
Draft copy for social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter) and assist in producing our brand content.
Conduct competitive brand analysis to identify how other SaaS leaders are positioning themselves and where we can win.
Assist in the planning and creative execution of virtual webinars and flagship industry events.
Help automate manually driven processes to increase efficiency by leveraging AI tools and technology integration.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, or Business Program.
Experience in event planning and execution.
AI software efficiency, looking for specific experience with Claude and other AI programs.
A "SaaS Native": You understand (or are eager to learn) the nuances of B2B software, PLG, and subscription economies.
Strong editorial eye: You notice when a font is off-brand or a comma is missing.
Resourceful: You’re comfortable using tools like Canva, Figma (basics), Notion, and Slack.
Storyteller: You can take a complex technical feature and explain why it matters to a human being.
