  • Build and manage a robust sales funnel by executing a creative territory strategy beyond standard cold calling
  • Conduct thoughtful research during preparation to ensure deep discovery and guidance throughout the sales cycle with decision-makers

  • Actively align customer business needs to appropriate solutions and position via storytelling

  • Participate in a transparent feedback loop, leveraging key learnings from the field to improve personal performance and internal products
  • Work cross-functionally with internal partners for seamless transitions for new logos and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Implement and innovate upon core sales processes to move prospects quickly through the sales cycle.
  • Manage contract negotiations and individual sales activities with meticulous attention to detail within Salesforce.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the SaaS or B2B Technology sectors
  • actively seeks out coaching to sharpen your consultative approach
  • results-oriented individual who actively strives to reach and exceed targets
  • demonstrate core solution-selling skills and adapt individual style to connect with various customer personas
  • analytical aptitude to communicate the value of technology and training tools to stakeholders
  • highly detail-oriented and capable of using Salesforce for complex CRM activities and pipeline management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
