About the role
- Assist the Sr Analyst and Sr. Director of FP&A in preparing the financial reporting of the organization
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports
- Prepare and publish monthly sales bookings reports after reconciling with Sales operations/leadership
- Update the annual recurring revenue bridge segment of the monthly reporting package from data consolidated by the Accounting team
- Prepare and distribute variable compensation reports for Sales, Customer Success Managers, and other personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with expertise in pivot tables, lookup functions, and other data analysis tools
- Experience working within a SaaS org
- Strong analytical and observational skills with ability to efficiently and accurately focus on a specific task or number of tasks
- Familiarity with accounting chart of account detail and/or ERP reporting packages.
