About the role

  • Analyze outstanding financial items and conduct negotiations to regularize invoices and payment terms;
  • Lead negotiations and renegotiations of invoices, payment terms and payment conditions with suppliers;
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, ensuring verification and accuracy of the company's financial transactions;

Requirements

  • Experience in collections, negotiation and renegotiation of debts;
  • Experience in supplier/vendor relations and regular contact with suppliers;
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable routines;
  • Proficient in Excel;
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in a related field;
