Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze outstanding financial items and conduct negotiations to regularize invoices and payment terms;
Lead negotiations and renegotiations of invoices, payment terms and payment conditions with suppliers;
Perform monthly bank reconciliation, ensuring verification and accuracy of the company's financial transactions;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in collections, negotiation and renegotiation of debts;
Experience in supplier/vendor relations and regular contact with suppliers;
Knowledge of Accounts Payable routines;
Proficient in Excel;
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in a related field;
