About the role

  • Own and drive quality across frontend, native applications, and backend services.
  • Define and evolve the QA strategy, improving automation maturity.
  • Ensure high release confidence across multiple product layers.
  • Design test architecture, influence engineering practices, mentor QA engineers, and build scalable quality processes in a cross-functional environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Project teams to embed quality early in the SDLC.
  • Improve production stability by strengthening shift-left practices.
  • Lead incident analysis and drive preventive quality improvements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software testing.
  • 2+ years in a QA Team Lead role with the proven experience in a complex product environment.
  • Strong experience in manual testing (Web, native, backend).
  • Experience designing and implementing test strategies for multi-layer systems.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and quality gates.
  • Experience defining and tracking quality metrics.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation (Java stack).
