About the role
- Own and drive quality across frontend, native applications, and backend services.
- Define and evolve the QA strategy, improving automation maturity.
- Ensure high release confidence across multiple product layers.
- Design test architecture, influence engineering practices, mentor QA engineers, and build scalable quality processes in a cross-functional environment.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Project teams to embed quality early in the SDLC.
- Improve production stability by strengthening shift-left practices.
- Lead incident analysis and drive preventive quality improvements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software testing.
- 2+ years in a QA Team Lead role with the proven experience in a complex product environment.
- Strong experience in manual testing (Web, native, backend).
- Experience designing and implementing test strategies for multi-layer systems.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and quality gates.
- Experience defining and tracking quality metrics.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with test automation (Java stack).
