About the role

  • Driving the product roadmap for selected Aff.Tech modules (Tracking, Analytics, Commission Engine, Integrations, Agent System, Mobile Cashier);
  • Translating business goals into product initiatives with clear KPIs (revenue, operational efficiency, platform stability, UX);
  • Conducting competitive analysis in iGaming/affiliate software, identify differentiation opportunities;
  • Leading discovery with internal stakeholders (Affiliate Ops, Marketing Teams, Delivery, Finance, DS, CRM, Integrations);
  • Translating operational pain points into structured BRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
  • Validating business and technical feasibility with engineering leads;
  • Owning backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination;
  • Working closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver features on time;
  • Ensuring integration quality with partner systems (GR8Tech modules, Payment Hub, Integration Service, external operators);
  • Defining product metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements;
  • Validating impact of releases, including performance, stability, and revenue contribution;
  • Communicating roadmap, timelines, and priorities to executives and external clients;
  • Working with Sales & Account Managers to support GTM and onboarding of new operators;
  • Participating in client calls, product demos, and problem-solving sessions.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in Product Management (preferably SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, iGaming, fintech);
  • Experience with affiliate systems, tracking platforms, or performance marketing tools is a strong advantage;
  • Proven ability to build complex data-driven systems (reports, attribution, payouts, multi-currency accounting);
  • Experience with scalable platform architectures and integrations;
  • Strong analytical thinking; ability to work with data models, tracking logic, and reporting;
  • Ability to write clear and complete documentation (BRDs, epics, user flows);
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration;
  • Understanding of iGaming KPIs: FTD, GGR, NGR, CPA/RevShare, player funnels, agent networks, risk logic;
  • Experience with agile methodologies;
  • Structured yet fast in decision-making;
  • Proactive ownership mindset; able to take ideas from concept to launch;
  • High accountability and ability to operate in an evolving BU environment;
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing business priorities.
