About the role

  • Developing, maintaining, and executing automated tests at all levels;
  • Designing, developing, and supporting automation testing frameworks;
  • Participating in release preparation activities, including planning, re-testing, regression testing, and post-deployment support;
  • Creating and maintaining all required test artifacts, including test cases, reports, and documentation;
  • Collaborating closely with development, DevOps, and other teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing;
  • 3+ years of experience in test automation;
  • Experience testing backend microservices, both manually and via automation;
  • Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET;
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
  • Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and other software design principles;
  • Experience working with large-scale, multi-threaded, and high-load applications;
  • Strong experience in API and interface testing;
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.);
  • Experience working with databases (SQL required; NoSQL is a plus);
  • Experience with Kafka or other messaging/queueing technologies;
  • Experience creating mock services from scratch and maintaining them across the full lifecycle (development, deployment, CI/CD);
  • Good experience with REST APIs and WebSocket protocols;
  • Strong knowledge of the QA lifecycle and testing methodologies;
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum);
  • Highly motivated, independent, proactive team player with strong learning abilities;
  • Participation in release activities (planning, re-testing, regression testing, post-deployment support).
