About the role Owning SDR playbook: ICP/persona definitions, value props per solution (platform, sportsbook, casino, payments, BI/CRM), messaging matrix, objection handling; Setting territory & event strategies: target lists, tiering, pre-book goals per show/region; aligning with Marketing on campaigns and with Sales on coverage; Managing daily/weekly SDR operations: stand-ups, 1:1s, call coaching, live email reviews, QA of discovery notes; Forecasting & reporting: activity → meetings → SQL → pipeline; build dashboards in HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho; Owning tooling stack (Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo/Cognism/Lusha/Clearbit; Outreach/Salesloft/Lemlist/Reply/Instantly; Hunter/Snov; Clay/PhantomBuster). Driving data quality with Research/Sales Ops; Designing A/B tests, sequence experiments, and event-specific cadences; institutionalizing learnings; Hiring, onboarding, and ramping SDRs; establishing career paths and performance rubrics; Ensuring compliance with GDPR/consent and brand tone; coordinating with Legal/Compliance as needed; Partnering with Product/Marketing for feedback on market signals, competitive intel, and content gaps. Requirements 3+ years in outbound growth/SDR roles with 1–2 years leading a pod or small team; B2B enterprise or iGaming/SaaS experience; familiarity with operators’ needs (latency, margin, risk/BI, localization, payments); CRM mastery (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho): workflows, automation, reporting; Deep hands-on with contact discovery and automation tools; able to design scalable processes; Strong coaching and communication skills; analytical and process-driven; event-led pipeline experience.
