- Strong background in influencing user research approaches, analytics, and feedback loops;
- Successful coordination of product, operations, marketing, support, and sales teams;
- Track record of maintaining 12-month product roadmaps and strategic planning;
- Solid understanding of emerging technologies and market trends in product decision-making;
- Demonstrated transparency in sharing team outcomes and progress across the organization;
- Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of product managers and analysts;
- Team leadership involving direct management of up to 3 PMs with structured growth plans;
- Hands-on involvement in designing and scaling product development processes across departments;
- Contribution to the structural and cultural development of the product organization;
- Ability to instill product thinking within engineering, support, operations, and other teams;
- Skilled in managing and nurturing relationships with external business partners.
