About the role
- Building, guiding, and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, hiring, retaining, and developing top talent;
- Driving quality assurance and automation practices across the team, embedding testing and observability into every stage of delivery;
- Supporting and coordinating the planning and delivery of real-time streaming pipelines, focusing on high quality standards;
- Translating business requirements into robust solutions in partnership with product, data engineering, and analytics teams;

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership roles with a proven record of growing, motivating, and retaining talent;
- Enforcing high standards for testing, CI/CD, and release quality, with a background in QA or automation engineering;
- Delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals, with experience in project management or delivery coordination;
- Communicating technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders;
- Fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture with strong people orientation;
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making abilities;
- Applying familiarity with containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
