About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and scale Grüns Natural channel business across various retailers
- Serve as dedicated business owner for accounts, leading strategy and relationships
- Deliver flawless launches and own promo planning
- Build pipeline of incremental opportunities and develop retailer-specific playbooks
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of CPG sales experience
- At least 2 years calling on Sprouts or Whole Foods Market
- Deep understanding of Natural channel economics
- Proven track record of expanding door counts and launching new items
- Fluency in margin math and trade spend management
- Experience synthesizing Natural channel data
- Experience working with broker partners
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
- Thrive in a startup environment
