About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end forecasting and replenishment for the Drug channel (CVS, Walgreens)
- Serve as Grüns' primary point of contact with CVS and Walgreens inventory teams
- Establish a store audit and execution process
- Monitor retailer POS and external forecast accuracy
- Lead pre and post-analysis on all promotional activity
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Analytics
- Expand CPFR coverage across additional retail channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in CPFR, demand planning, replenishment, or supply chain
- Direct exposure to major retail accounts
- Track record of owning external retailer relationships directly
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience managing forecasting at the retailer/SKU level
- Experience supporting or owning a retail launch
- Drug channel experience (CVS, Walgreens) is a plus
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field
