About the role
- Optimize marketplace SEO (titles, bullets, A+ content, keyword strategy) to improve visibility and organic ranking
- Manage ongoing content refreshes and run A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates
- Build and execute a promotions and deal calendar across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart to maximize seasonal campaigns and retailer events
- Monitor performance through analytics and reporting dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth
- Ensure cross-retailer merchandising consistency to maintain brand voice and leverage learnings across platforms
- Partner with creative, marketing, and supply chain teams to align marketplace strategies with broader business objectives
- Lead onboarding and optimization of new retail marketplace partners
- Report into the Director of Marketplace and operate within Grüns' remote HQ with quarterly off-sites
Requirements
- 5+ years of ecommerce/marketplace management experience
- At least 3+ years focused on SEO and merchandising across Amazon and other large retailers
- Technical proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart & Target partner portals, and Instacart portal
- Fluent in SEO tools such as Helium10, JungleScout, DataHawk
- Skilled in Google Analytics and Excel (pivot tables/dashboards)
- Proven track record of designing and executing A/B testing for content optimization
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday)
- Combines data-driven decision-making with creative content strategy
- Thrives in collaboration with cross-functional partners while staying highly accountable for results
