About the role

  • Own financial modeling and forecasting for the international business, translating strategy into measurable outcomes
  • Partner with international leadership to identify growth opportunities, performance risks, and capital allocation tradeoffs
  • Build and evolve analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting that create durable visibility into international performance
  • Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to ambiguous business challenges from hypothesis through execution and monitoring
  • Navigate and manipulate data across systems, leveraging SQL familiarity, BI tools, and AI-enabled workflows to extract insights
  • Translate complex financial and analytical outputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Data, and International stakeholders
  • Independently lead initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, BizOps, or analytics
  • strong financial modeling skills and sharp business judgment
  • comfortable navigating data and extracting insights; SQL familiarity preferred but not required
  • experience building models and reporting infrastructure that support strategic decision-making
  • highly proficient in Excel and executive presentation development
  • can operate independently and drive consensus across senior stakeholders
  • thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments
