About the role
- Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Involve problem frameworks; develop hypotheses, tests, and analysis to inform solution development
- Build and navigate data comfortably to solve key business problems
- Develop & maintain financial models to forecast financial impact of new strategies
- Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies
- Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts, evaluate new channels, and optimize existing strategies
- Identify and refine KPI metrics to monitor business performance
Requirements
- BS/MS Degree in a quantitative or computational field
- 4+ years experience in data analytics in corporate, consulting, or investment banking
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Expertise with SQL, with R and/or Python knowledge preferred
- Exceptional thought partnership skills
- Strong statistical skills and intuition for solving problems in both consumer-facing and internal product areas
- Experience with Cloud Computing (Google Cloud) platforms preferred
