Project Manager

• Lead and manage engineering projects with full accountability for scope, time, cost, quality, and compliance, applying the Vertical Start-Up (VSU) approach
• Actively contribute to business case preparations and technology transfer projects, including feasibility checks, plant and equipment specifications, process optimization, and profitability analyses
• Ensure a smooth technology transfer and implementation from design to industrialization at the manufacturing site
• Drive the qualification and compliant GxP documentation of machines, systems, and processes in line with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement scientific and robust engineering solutions to manufacturing challenges using OPEX and structured problem-solving methodologies
• Support the development and continuous improvement of global engineering standards and best practices, and ensure their effective roll-out at site level
• Embed EHS and Quality “by design” principles in all project phases, proactively identifying risks and sustainable solutions
• Drive Early Equipment Management during the selection, purchase, and commissioning of new machinery to ensure long-term reliability and performance

Project Manager – Pharma Engineering

Analyst

• Microbiological analyses of release and/or stability of packaging materials, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products;
• Microbiological analyses of environmental monitoring of the plant (water, air, surfaces, etc.);
• Planned technological controls on the finished product in order to allow its release on the market by QPs;
• Supporting the manager in the planning of analytical activities with the aim of optimising analysis times and laboratory efficiency;
• Relevant analyses in compliance with GMP and company SOPs and analytical methods;
• Recording of analytical results in company computer systems and correct filling in of related departmental forms;
• Identification of technical/analytical problems, collaborating with your manager in their resolution;
• Verifying product quality standards by critically evaluating analytical data and identifying out-of-specification, out-of-trend or deviations from standard procedural flows, reporting them promptly to the direct supervisor;
• Maintenance of analytical instrumentation;
• Supporting the Micro Lab Manager in drafting and managing laboratory documentation and in all team-related activities.
