HR Manager – Accounting Support, Part-time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs and drafting and posting job advertisements to conducting structured interviews and selecting suitable candidates
- Take full responsibility for all administrative HR tasks, in particular maintaining employee master data, processing payroll, and preparing HR-related documents and certificates
- Plan and implement personnel development initiatives, especially training and continuing education programs to strengthen employees' skills
- Develop and implement measures to increase employee retention and motivation, including performance evaluations and regular feedback conversations
- Conduct regular coordination with managers and employees on current HR topics and to align strategic measures
- Support the finance department in day-to-day accounting operations, in particular by recording, checking and coding incoming and outgoing invoices and preparing payment transactions
- Assist with account reconciliations, master data maintenance and the structured management of accounting records
- Provide organizational and administrative support in the accounting area and communicate with suppliers, clients and external service providers
- Support preparatory tasks for monthly and annual financial statements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial vocational training and/or a degree in Human Resources or a related field, ideally with relevant professional experience in HR
- Knowledge of tax, social security and labor law
- Highly proficient in common HR software applications
- Strong IT skills and digital competence
- Reliable and independent working style as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Flexible and open-minded attitude with a willingness to help shape and contribute to the company
