About the role
- You support our customers in their day-to-day operations.
- You install software components on our customers' systems.
- You analyze program logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements
- You work reliably and are customer- and solution-oriented.
- You are communicative and have good German language skills.

- Ideally, you have knowledge of Linux, databases, or SQL.
