About the role
- You plan, operate, and optimize our site networks and ensure stable, secure, and high-performance connectivity between us and our customers' locations
- You work closely with IT, infrastructure, and security teams to take a holistic approach to network design and further development
- You take responsibility for monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation and ensure reliable day-to-day operations
Requirements
- You are a network administrator with a passion for stable connections and clean network concepts
- You have several years of experience operating site networks (LAN/WLAN, ideally Ubiquiti) as well as in site-to-site networking (e.g., OpenVPN, WireGuard, SD-WAN)
- You have a good understanding of routing, switching, firewalling (Checkpoint and/or OPNsense), and network security, and you apply best practices with confidence
- You have German language skills at least at the B2 level
