Requirements
- You are a network administrator with a passion for stable connections and clean network designs.
- You have several years of experience operating site networks (LAN/WLAN — preferably Ubiquiti) as well as site-to-site connectivity (e.g., OpenVPN, WireGuard, SD-WAN).
- You have a strong understanding of routing, switching, and firewalling (Checkpoint and/or OPNsense) and network security, and you confidently apply best practices.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed manner, are communicative, and enjoy working in a team.
- You have German language skills at least at B2 level and value clear, open, and direct communication as well as an open, direct, and respectful way of working.

- Family-friendly & flexible: Regular, family-friendly working hours with core hours from 9–12 and the option for remote work.
- We are recognized as a "Family-Friendly Company".
- Impact & autonomy: Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and an environment where your ideas are heard and implemented.
- Appreciative work environment: Fresh fruit, free coffee and water, 28 vacation days plus days off at Christmas and New Year's Eve, as well as additional special leave days.
