About the role

  • Join and integrate into an existing team to support all tasks
  • Monitor, ensure, document and optimize individual maintenance measures within the park, including processing invoices for service providers
  • Prepare tenders and award contracts for maintenance and construction measures
  • Maintain the GRIS database system to support park administration

Requirements

  • University degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Facility Management, Technical Facility Management, or a comparable field
  • Qualification as a Facility Management Specialist (Fachwirt/in), technical-commercial specialist, or equivalent
  • Relevant professional experience in the required fields is desirable
  • Knowledge of procurement and construction regulations as well as applicable technical standards
  • Solid skills in project management and in effectively overseeing construction and maintenance contracts are desirable
  • Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured and precise working style
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Strong service orientation and customer focus
