About the role
- Deliver high quality project management training in both virtual and in person formats
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences using adult learning best practices
- Prepare for each class by reviewing course materials, examples, and exercises
- Provide clear explanations of project management concepts, tools, and methodologies
- Support learners through Q&A, discussions, and practical application activities
- Review participant assignments to assess satisfactory completion
- Travel occasionally to conduct onsite training sessions
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Instructor, Trainer, or Facilitator
- Experience teaching or leading basic project management courses (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to learners with varying levels of experience
- Comfortable delivering training virtually and in person
- Project management experience; certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not required
