About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with senior leaders to understand business strategies and performance gaps
Build strong relationships and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in learning consultancy or performance improvement
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business needs
Experience managing complex workstreams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong digital literacy
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Training, or Business)
5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on performance consulting
Demonstrated success in diagnosing performance issues and developing effective solutions
Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently
Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in learning design tools and technologies
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A passion for continuous learning and personal development.
