About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop effective learning experiences for Vehicle Testing operations, focused on clarity, retention, and real-world application.
  • Translate technical, SOP-driven content into structured, learner-friendly training materials.
  • Build and update eLearning in Articulate Rise, incorporating interactions, visuals, and engagement strategies.
  • Apply instructional design principles (e.g., chunking, reinforcement, assessment alignment) to improve training effectiveness.
  • Rapidly revise and iterate training content based on changing processes, feedback, and operational needs.
  • Design and develop quizzes, assessments, and answer keys aligned to learning objectives.
  • Ensure assessments accurately measure knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
  • Continuously refine learning materials based on performance data and feedback.
  • Administer and maintain training content within Cornerstone LMS, including uploads and configuration.
  • Manage end-to-end learning deployment, from content creation to LMS publishing.
  • Ensure training is accessible, organized, and properly tracked within the LMS.
  • Pull and analyze LMS data (completions, learner progress, performance metrics).
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Support recurring reporting cadences, including weekly and twice-weekly updates.
  • Use data to inform continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
  • Support the broader training lifecycle, including documentation, file management, and coordination.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver solutions under tight timelines.
  • Operate effectively in a high-visibility, agile environment with shifting priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design or a related field (e.g., Instructional Design, Instructional Technology) is required.
  • Experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience developing eLearning using Articulate Rise.
  • Experience designing assessments aligned to learning objectives.
  • Experience working with an LMS (Cornerstone preferred).
  • Ability to translate technical or complex content into clear, learner-friendly training.
  • Experience analyzing and communicating learning data and outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage rapid iteration, shifting priorities, and compressed timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
