Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Performance Consultant or similar role.
Excellent consulting and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of performance analysis and diagnostics.
Experience in developing learning strategies and curriculum maps.
Familiarity with digital learning platforms (LMS, LXP) is preferred.
Knowledge of automotive industry is an asset.
Proficiency in course programming tools (Articulate, Captivate) is desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively and promote a positive team culture.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
