About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the execution of strategic skilling programs across Asia
Own end-to-end delivery of flagship initiatives such as Certification Weeks and AI Tour for Partners
Ensure high-quality, scalable delivery while maximizing reach and partner impact
Design and execute demand generation strategies to drive participation at scale
Manage delivery partners and vendors ensuring strong execution, quality, and capacity
Oversee learning platforms and event tooling to deliver seamless experiences
Lead regional budget planning and forecasting across skilling programs
Track key performance metrics including participation, certifications, and ROI

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, partner enablement, or event operations
Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-market programs across Asia Pacific
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across stakeholders and levels
Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem, certification pathways, or skilling programs (preferred)
Experience in localization and multilingual program delivery (preferred)
