Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate multiple L&D workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise PMO standards.
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with clarity and precision.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, reduce friction, and enhance program effectiveness.
Provide structured frameworks, actionable updates, and strategic insights to leadership.
Support HR and L&D initiatives as products with a focus on user experience and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably supporting HR, L&D, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-visibility environments.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
Strength in process improvement, vendor management, and operational excellence.
Proficiency with PM tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
HR operations, performance management, or L&D delivery experience is a plus.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
