About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and support the wholesale sales channel for lubricants and automotive spare parts.
  • Analyze market expansion opportunities by category, geography, and customer segment.
  • Identify and prioritize initiatives to increase market share using the existing product portfolio.
  • Monitor retail and wholesale channel behavior with a strategic and commercial mindset.
  • Track and control the wholesale business plan, including revenue, profitability, and performance KPIs.
  • Conduct weekly sales monitoring to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide structured analysis to support decision-making and corrective actions.
  • Update, redesign, and align incentive structures for wholesale channel partners.
  • Ensure incentive mechanisms are aligned with strategic objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence related to pricing, competitors, and product positioning.
  • Transform data into insights and strategic proposals that generate measurable business value.
  • Leverage Excel, BI tools, and basic programming skills to enhance analysis and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Mechanical), Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Experience with automotive lubricants and maintenance parts is strongly preferred.
  • Solid technical and commercial knowledge of engine lubricants, filters, chemicals, batteries, spark plugs, and brake components.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools and basic programming knowledge.
  • Understanding of spare parts market dynamics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-oriented and commercially driven profile.
  • Highly proactive, curious, and dynamic, with a strong desire to learn and contribute ideas.
  • Passion for the automotive business and continuous improvement.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
