Business Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and deliver a robust pipeline to achieve agreed sales and revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across priority markets and sectors
- Expand existing client relationships to drive account growth and long-term value
- Develop a strong regional network, particularly with Chief Learning and Talent Executives
- Lead and execute business development initiatives across the region
- Partner with the European Senior Director of Talent & Learning Solutions and wider sales teams to align on growth strategy
- Execute targeted sales strategies and lead generation campaigns
- Develop, write, and refine compelling, outcome-driven sales proposals
- Deliver impactful client presentations and pitches that resonate at senior levels
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams across regions and business units
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in business development, selling to large enterprises, managing sales cycles of 6-8 weeks
- Proven success of selling project-based learning content design and development solutions
- Track record of building and converting new business pipelines
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close opportunities
- Advanced communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across regional or international markets
