About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead training projects across the full lifecycle: needs diagnosis, design, planning, execution, and evaluation
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, governance models, and deliverables
Ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all training outputs
Serve as the main interface with client stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding business priorities and performance challenges
Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams and partners
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including trainers, consultants, and subject matter experts
Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and remove execution barriers
Ensure adherence to consulting processes, methodologies, and standards
Track and analyze training KPIs and project performance indicators
Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective actions
Support the development of proposals and new training solutions
Deliver training initiatives for automotive clients, with emphasis on technical training, dealer network development, performance programs, and capability-building initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in project management, preferably within training and development environments
Solid background in learning and development, corporate education, or consulting
Experience in the automotive sector is desirable
Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience working with KPIs, performance tracking, and evaluation methodologies
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency - desirable
