Training Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead training projects across the full lifecycle: needs diagnosis, design, planning, execution, and evaluation
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, governance models, and deliverables
- Ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all training outputs
- Serve as the main interface with client stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding business priorities and performance challenges
- Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams and partners
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including trainers, consultants, and subject matter experts
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and remove execution barriers
- Ensure adherence to consulting processes, methodologies, and standards
- Track and analyze training KPIs and project performance indicators
- Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective actions
- Support the development of proposals and new training solutions
- Deliver training initiatives for automotive clients, with emphasis on technical training, dealer network development, performance programs, and capability-building initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in project management, preferably within training and development environments
- Solid background in learning and development, corporate education, or consulting
- Experience in the automotive sector is desirable
- Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working with KPIs, performance tracking, and evaluation methodologies
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency - desirable
