Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of assigned projects.
- Drive execution from project kickoff through final delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance.
- Track project financials, including costs, forecasts, and cost-to-completion estimates.

- Develop detailed project schedules, including timelines, dependencies, and resource plans.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning for projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
- A results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
