About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions for sales and commercial teams in both onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
  • Design and develop high-quality learning assets including presentations, playbooks, facilitator guides, and sales enablement materials
  • Translate business requirements and operational goals into practical and engaging training solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to identify performance gaps and learning needs
  • Support sales performance improvement initiatives through coaching, reinforcement activities, and targeted learning interventions
  • Deliver interactive learning experiences that promote engagement, knowledge retention, and practical application
  • Track training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational KPIs
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand product updates, process changes, and business priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, Revenue Enablement, or related fields
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills in virtual and/or hybrid environments
  • Experience creating training content and instructional materials from concept to delivery
  • Exposure to sales, customer service, or commercial operations environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both operational teams and business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Advanced English proficiency required
