About the role
- Analyze learning needs through organizational diagnostics, stakeholder interviews, and alignment with client strategic objectives.
- Design corporate learning solutions grounded in adult learning principles (andragogy), experiential learning, and blended or digital approaches.
- Structure curricula, learning paths, training programs, and development experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
- Develop instructional scripts, storyboards, and pedagogical designs for e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, in-person workshops, microlearning, simulations, and applied projects.
- Partner closely with subject matter experts, trainers, facilitators, business teams, and corporate leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Instructional Design for corporate training
- Experience designing programs for leadership, sales, customer service, organizational culture, or competency development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and active learning methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with authoring and design tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Miro, advanced PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Solid understanding of digital learning, blended learning models, and instructional design best practices.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
