About the role

  • Lead the intake‑to‑submission process for procurement requests, guiding stakeholders through documentation and approval requirements.
  • Execute supplier onboarding, vendor edits, requisition submissions, purchase orders, and non‑PO invoices in Ariba.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve errors, and escalate complex cases to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure workflow accuracy, compliance with SOPs, and integrity of procurement records.
  • Partner with sourcing teams to align vendor requirements and accelerate contract execution.
  • Manage vendor creation/update tickets, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain documentation repositories in SharePoint, keeping trackers, vendor lists, and catalog records current.
  • Leverage MS Suite and GenAI tools to streamline templates, track requests, and support process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen procurement tools and processes.
  • Deliver clear, professional communication in English across written and verbal channels.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience operating independently at a Senior Administrative or Analyst level.
  • Hands‑on expertise in Ariba or similar procurement systems, including supplier onboarding, requisition/PO submission, and error resolution.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, with demonstrated accuracy in data entry and validation.
  • Skilled in applying and reinforcing procurement workflows and SOPs.
  • Proficient in MS Suite and SharePoint, with confidence using GenAI tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated accountability, reliability, and consistent follow‑through.
  • Preferred: background in procurement operations, vendor management, shared services, or BPO; experience collaborating across sourcing, finance, and legal; familiarity with remote, multi‑time‑zone teams.
