- Manage the end-to-end coordination and administrative tasks for learning and training events
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders
- Secure suitable venues and coordinate event agendas
- Monitor and report on attendance, ensuring seamless coordination on event day
- Analyze and implement feedback after events
- Develop a deep understanding of internal operations and client's businesses
- Exhibit confidence and excellent prioritization skills
Requirements
- Previous administration experience
- Experience of onsite event coordination and support
- Experience with Teams or Zoom
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven effective communication skills, including verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with a customer focused approach
- Teamwork experience, including virtual teams
- Ability to prioritise and manage a range of tasks simultaneously
- Efficient and organised with good attention to detail
