About the role
- Plan, coordinate, and track project activities to ensure alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage and support multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Administer and coordinate external vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and variance analysis.
- Validate vendor deliverables and approve invoices based on project milestones and contractual terms.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts, including scope extensions, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities in coordination with commercial teams.
- Support client relationship management by ensuring high service quality and proactive communication.
- Prepare financial and operational project reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and issues related to resources, vendors, budget, or account health, proposing mitigation actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal project management processes, procurement guidelines, and governance standards.
- Support project close-out activities, including vendor evaluation, client feedback, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project administration or project management roles.
- Proven experience managing internal teams, external vendors, and client-facing projects.
- Hands-on experience with budget control, cost tracking, and vendor invoicing.
- Demonstrated involvement in account growth, renewals, or scope expansion.
- Desirable: Experience in learning, training, instructional design, or learning operations projects.
- Strong team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in vendor administration and third-party management.
- Solid understanding of project financial control and cost management.
- Ability to identify and support organic account growth opportunities.
- Client-oriented mindset with strong relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills with vendors and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
