About the role
- Design visually compelling graphics for e-learning courses, including layouts, illustrations, icons, infographics, and animations.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into effective visual solutions.
- Develop and maintain visual styles, templates, and branding guidelines aligned with GP Strategies and client standards.
- Create assets for use in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Support revisions and updates based on client feedback and learning outcomes.
- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices in visual design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated work in e-learning or digital training environments.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
- Experience working with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
