About the role

  • Onsite presence required to deliver training at 38 locations in the following regions
  • Trainers will spend 3 full days each week at a branch office and those days may be in excess of 8 hrs.
  • Training Specialist (onsite Trainer) to deliver SuccessFactors training in a region (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central).
  • Client will provide training logistics schedule and Training Concepts and Agendas posted on Teams folder structure access for all Trainers.
  • Trainer will bring own laptop and use for training, including logging into Client's Teams and designated SuccessFactors instance.
  • Data: Client will populate consumable data needed for participants; Trainer will only be responsible for creating data to support their own demos.
  • Client assistant trainers will be present in the classroom for all training sessions and can address business process questions.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to adapt content for virtual delivery.
  • Experience with training development and delivery for SuccessFactors Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
  • Comfortable navigating and demonstrating clinical technology platforms or similar software in a live training environment.
  • Proven ability to lead / facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex information and respond to learner questions in real time.
  • Ability to manage group dynamics, encourage participation, and handle disruptions or technical issues smoothly.
  • Instructional design/development experience is a plus
  • Experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development—SuccessFactors Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central knowledge is required.
  • Expertise in instructional design models and adult learning principles.
  • Proven experience building/developing and facilitating training programs using modern tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to explain complex topics clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with training tools and platforms.
