About the role

  • Plan and execute multi-country skilling programs
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across regions
  • Engage and influence global and regional stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with GSIs, SIs, and CSP partners
  • Guide partners through Solution Partner Designation and develop skilling plans
  • Activate partners through skilling programs
  • Present in regional and global forums
  • Track KPIs and produce actionable skilling reports
  • Interpret data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Produce high-quality deliverables in complex environments

Requirements

  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-country skilling programs end-to-end
  • Strong skills in prioritization, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across regions
  • Experience engaging and influencing global and regional stakeholders (WW EL, RSL, PDMs, PSAs)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with GSIs, SIs, and CSP partners
  • Ability to guide partners through the Solution Partner Designation (SPD) journey and develop skilling plans
  • Experience activating partners through skilling programs (Concierge Desk, ESI, etc.)
  • Comfortable presenting in regional and global forums (WWL syncs, field calls, v-teams)
  • Ability to track KPIs and produce clear, actionable skilling reports
  • Skilled in interpreting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments
  • Skilled at influencing without authority and managing competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of regional differences across Asia (India, ASEAN, ANZ, Korea, Japan, GCR)
  • Strong ownership mindset and bias for execution
