About the role
- Plan and execute multi-country skilling programs
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across regions
- Engage and influence global and regional stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with GSIs, SIs, and CSP partners
- Guide partners through Solution Partner Designation and develop skilling plans
- Activate partners through skilling programs
- Present in regional and global forums
- Track KPIs and produce actionable skilling reports
- Interpret data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Produce high-quality deliverables in complex environments
Requirements
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-country skilling programs end-to-end
- Strong skills in prioritization, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across regions
- Experience engaging and influencing global and regional stakeholders (WW EL, RSL, PDMs, PSAs)
- Strong relationship-building skills with GSIs, SIs, and CSP partners
- Ability to guide partners through the Solution Partner Designation (SPD) journey and develop skilling plans
- Experience activating partners through skilling programs (Concierge Desk, ESI, etc.)
- Comfortable presenting in regional and global forums (WWL syncs, field calls, v-teams)
- Ability to track KPIs and produce clear, actionable skilling reports
- Skilled in interpreting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality deliverables
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments
- Skilled at influencing without authority and managing competing priorities
- Strong understanding of regional differences across Asia (India, ASEAN, ANZ, Korea, Japan, GCR)
- Strong ownership mindset and bias for execution
