About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • provide essential administrative and operational support to Destination Specialists
  • ensure all services are properly confirmed based on requests of Destination Specialists
  • input booking details into the company’s booking system
  • accurately process and manage bookings
  • handle various administrative tasks
  • provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • read and review supplier contracts
  • work cooperatively with all team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • recent experience or in-depth background in the travel industry
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar function
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • good administrative and analytical skills
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
