About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Process and review supplier invoices and support month-end closing activities as required
  • Execute supplier payments in accordance with agreed terms while maintaining strong internal controls
  • Generate customer invoices, monitor incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection
  • Perform supplier and customer statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Respond to supplier and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and complete financial recording
  • Assist with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting requirements as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality/Tourism, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and tools is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Highly detail-oriented with an ability to concentrate for extended periods
